Our Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga classes will be lead by Rebecca Stephens, ERYT & Full Moondala SUP Yoga Teacher. These classes are in partnership with pranaSTRONG yoga & wellness of Penacook.
If you’re looking for a new challenge, yoga on a stand up paddle board will reinvigorate you and push you to become an even better yogi than you thought possible — all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water. All equipment provided.
Our Classes run rain or shine. If we encounter thunder and lightning we will pull off the water and wait the storm out. We have a covered screen porch at the water.

- June 21 - TRY SUP Yoga 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (on the Contoocook River)
- June 28 - SUP Yoga Session One - Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (on the Contoocook River, arrive 15 minutes early)
- July 19 - SUP Yoga Session Two - Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (on the Contoocook River, arrive 15 minutes early)
- August 9, 16, 23 - SUP Yoga Session Three - Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (on the Contoocook River, arrive 15 minutes early)
3 Session Courses held on the Contoocook River - $80.00 per paddle yogi - includes all equipment.
One session - TRY SUP Yoga Course - $30 per paddle yogi - includes all equipment.
Our student to instructor ratio is 6 to 1. The maximum number of paddlers in a course is 12. Once over 6 paddlers, a second kayak instructor will be added to the course. We require 4 students to run a course.
Private or group lessons are available.

You WILL be getting wet so you will want to have a bathing suit on. If you like you can wear a pair shorts and a tee shirt over your bathing suit, wicking materials are best.
