Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Session #3

SUP Yoga Session Three

$80 includes three sessions to be held on August 9th, 16th and 23rd.

If you’re looking for a new challenge, yoga on a stand up paddle board will
reinvigorate you and push you to become an even better yogi than you
thought possible — all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water.

When: Tuesday Nights 6:30-7:30 p.m.*
*arrive at 6:15 p.m.

All equipment provided.

Register directly through pranaSTRONG yoga & wellness of Penacook. Classes will be Tuesday nights at 6:30pm. Arrive a by 6:15 p.m. Register today-space is limited.
